The same problems come up as said on House, you need a lot more community involvement, a lot more leniency and a lot more looking at context before you reach there, I have nothing against you apart from those things

After a month or so of proving you can talk to the community, knowing who people are what they like and having good laughs I'd be more inclined to change my opinion

Higher staff should always be talking with the community, the higher up the ladder you go the less playing you do (naturally of course) so it becomes vital you know what the community wants
