What is Ghosting? and give an example: The ghosting it's when a player dies or in spectator mode will learn to the player(s) alive important informations. Ghosting is to say how the trap is activated by the killer so that it can pass without dying,for example, say which portal is enabled for past without dying.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: With a disrespectful player who disrespects an other player on the server, I will warn him orally, after if he doesn't stop, I'm going to mute him for 5 minutes and I warn him for disrespect.

Why I should be chosen: I am someone who does not give sanctions before being on
so I always check my sources, I am also very active. I am very attentive to people and I respect them. I think to get in the staff to solve all the problems, I know the rules so for people who will break the rules I know what I have to put them as punishment.
