Though I haven't seen you doing much as SA because I only recently joined from what I have seen you have not done much, Communication has been terrible, You don't help users what so ever (from what I witnessed). for these reasons and more I am not going to support this

I plan to do this by actively sourcing out people on the server and try to push them to becoming staff like Johnler once did with me.

You think HA will allow you too do that... I think Moderator will allow me to do that, Not sure why you would need HA to do that. You genuinely need a brain and a keyboard in order to do that.

and may what do you mean by fails to communicate,
second fails to realise he is wrong if this is ment to what ceezee said with the warning, the warning was given normally and he was actually in the right. CeeZee_ pushed me down the cliff on the Tester and i nearly hit the beach,
third he is helping user when they need help.
