Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: rdm is where some one gets killed with no reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: nlr is where if you die you forget everything that happens to you and you should not go back to were you get killed for 3 minutes

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
i would ask why he killed player x and if it is his first time i would give them a warning for killing the player

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
i would check the time from where they have died and see if it was in the 3 minutes and ask if he has any evidence and if he dose i would ask why he did it and depending on why i would give him a verble or a warn

i think i should be chosen for moderator as i have been enjoying my time on zarp for a long time and i think that people who come on the server to just to ruin everyone day should be inspected and should be judged for there actions. i also think i should be a mod because i have been helping people on the server with fun rp and helping the new players learn how to play the server.
