Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: i think the things i have done and situations i have encountered as a moderator taught me how to be a good staff member and how to handle certain situations and people so as a admin i hope to keep this up and be a even better staff member

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): well a few days ago actually there was a f1 made about a mutant using a gun and when i went to go to the person who made the f1 he told me who it was when i tried to talk to the mutants one of them killed me with a gun and when i tried to talk to them they tried to kill me so later on i decided to freeze the person who killed me and tried talking to them but they started being racist ( saying the n word) and disrespecting me so i kicked him for those reasons and later on he rejoined, and then started being disrecptfull and doing other things so i wanted to kick him again but then they got a 2 day ban for that and also rdm i think, but if i was a admin i would have tried to give him a ban of a few days for rdm and the other things he did.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: if i would tell someone wanted to become a moderator or training for one is that you need to be active a lot because when i wanted to become a moderator they said my time on the server around 30 to 40 hours was good but my recent activity was the thing i needed to keep up so i spent the next few weeks going on the server and after that checking my gamtracker to see if the time i spend on the server was the same or close to the time on my gametracker i would also tell them how to do f1's how to bring people and how every single command they can use kick teleport freeze etc works and that they need to atleast 20 f1's in a week and since we are talking about that i would also tell them how to claim f1's and mark them as finished etc and tell them how to be a good staff member and try to do the f1's as calm as they can and with that i mean dont start screaming and yelling at people and saying things like i dont fucking care and give me a damn minute

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? how i would handle that is unban them / change there ban to a few day / week ban and then tell them to not do that again and if i see them do it again i will ban them for a week / a few weeks and if they do it again after that i will perm ban them because i already gave them a chance and they didnt take that chance and went back to doing the things that got them banned in the first place

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words): well from what i did as a moderator i know how to handle f1's and how to be a good / nice staff member so me being admin gives me the abilities to ban people if they start mass rdm'ing instead of kicking them if there is no admin online and if people are prop blocking or doing something similar to that i can remove the props that are there or remove them instead of saying i cant do anything and wait for a admin so basiclly i can do things and handle situations i couldnt as a moderator and as a admin i could take people to a safe location to do a f1 instead of to a rooftop and then end up being shot by someone who was standing near the rooftop and if someone starts rdming i could use my pshygun to freeze them and talk to them instead of going into my menu by pressing tab and freezing them that way. and if all of this hasnt convined you i should become admin to do that here is some music i listen to
