What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a dead or spectating player tells other player who are alive things they shouldn’t know such as what route to take on a 50/50 trap this means that the trap then becomes useless and this means that the deaths will have a harder time killing the runners as a result of this.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If there was a player disrespecting another player or a staff member i would first give a verbal warning either over voice chat or over text this means that there is no punishment being implemented yet. After this if they proceed to disrespect another player or staff i would initiate a gag/mute for 5-10 minutes giving the player a chance to stop and to calm down.

Why I should be chosen:

Their a many reason i think i should be chosen to be a moderator for death run.

Firstly Attitude, i have a very calm attitude and i have the ability to keep calm in stressful situations and i am good at calming others down too such as an angry player this means that their will be less verbal disrespect happening if people are calm and relaxed. I am also very mature for my age and this means that their will be no messing around if someone needs my help and their request will be seen to as promptly as possible.

Secondly experience, i have been staff on many different servers and i have been staff on some large Garrys mod servers and this enabled me to learn important commands and how to use them properly. This has also helped me learn how to deal with different types of players and how to tell if someone is breaking a rule such as disrespect.
