A lot of people have already mentioned it, but from what Ive witnessed on the forums, you change your opinion quite a bit. Its concerning, as you claim to have a strong opinion, someone else comes in with a contrary opinion and you immediately switch your view on a topic and agree with them. Ive personally seen you do this on SSRP related topics such as applications. I think you are a good candidate in the sense of being dedicated, however you need to improve your knowledge in certain topics and have more confidence in your viewpoints towards situations and applicants.
