Thank you for taking the time to make this report. In this situation it was perfectly fine for Kyber to have killed you and was not RDM. This is because killing an innocent is deemed a traitorous act regardless of your reasoning for killing the innocent, in this specific example it would be very easy for a traitor to just kill the innocent and then be unable to be killed as he just claims that it was a valid kill. The rule where users had to question others as to why they killed an innocent was removed a long time ago.

As for Kyber handling the report against himself as long as staff handle them correctly it is perfectly fine and in this situation it was handled correctly. If a report holds no merit then it can be instantly dismissed.
