The "Why I Should Be Chosen" part of your application is significantly more detailed than the rest of your application. What I want to see is more detailed explanations on how you would handle the different scenarios, and you should also add some example scenarios to both RDM and NLR.

Another criticism I have is your activity; it is very poor. As per now, you have played roughly three hours over the span of a few days - and that's it. What we look for when accepting staff members are players that are consistently active for two weeks or more. In your case, I believe the best course of action would be to wait a few weeks until you have a good and consistent activity to apply.
