When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:LTAP, multiple recents and a new punishment (7 I believe) and Racism.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:I've had multiple experiences where people have broken major rules and I've only been able to warn them, not ban them. As well as this, I hate having to wait for an admin to come online to ban someone after gathering proof and steamids.

Why I should be promoted:I've been moderator for at least 3 months now, and I believe that I will make a positive contribution to the community being an admin. I've had times where I want to resign, but that's purely down to a resurgence in my depression and exam stress.
