Why me

Activity

First started playing deathrun as i was currently staff on bhop and surf at the time and loved playing deathrun as it is basically bhop but with an actual purpose. I was then accepted for Moderator (around 10 weeks ago) after 2/3 weeks of activity and then went on to admin the next week. I have been consistently active thought my time as staff on deathrun (1 week inactivity for a holiday) I believe i have attended basically every meeting and have always gave an input with valid points. As for my forum activity i have been extremely active the past few months with around 500 posts the past month.

Attitude

My attitude in-game is always positive and friendly to all and always try to create conversation in both voice and text chat. I believe i have a good,friendly and healthy relationship with all of the other staff members and speak to most of them almost daily. I always maintain a professional attitude when training staff and also when dealing with appeals/punishment requests.

Dedication/Experience

As i'm currently staff on bhop,surf and deathrun i believe that this shows that i'm dedication to zarp but also as i'm active on forums i have dealt with quite a few appeals and punishment requests. I'm always reviewing appeals/punishment requests even when i'm not handling as it gains me experience of different scenarios and how to correctly deal with them efficiently. But recently i have been handling quite a few the past month as i feel comfortable to correctly deal with the reports. As Head Admin on surf and bhop i have always been looking and trying to make sure all staff members seem comfortable with their ranks in-game and try to point them in the right direction.

Trainings

As i have said above in activity i attend every meeting and then follow to train any moderators or admins to the best of my ability. I have trained a big percentage of the new mod/admins since i have been super admin but i have also trained a few mods when i was admin with permission aswell.

Teamspeak

My teamspeak activity is extremely good as i'm always talking to other staff and meeting new people from all across the community. As weird as it sounds when i get bored on the nights i frequently join public chat rooms and just start talking to new people to create a friendly feel for the community.

Forums/Forum behavior

As i have said in activity i always have forums open when i'm on my computer(basically always). I give good feedback on applications with valid bullet points with positives,negatives and what he/she needs to improve or keep consistant. I also check up on reports if i'm not handling to see how other staff members are doing and give tips to help with outcomes if a admin was struggling. I wouldn't say i have many posts but that is mainly because i have only recently(past month or two) been very active on forums.

General Plans

My plans as head admin ,that i would like to achieve, would be to create a more comfortable and friendly place for all the staff and basically bring the staff team closer as i believe that there is a slight gap with newer staff and the rest of the community. I would also better communication between lead team as i don't get to speak to all of them as much i should probably be.
