What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
In-case you are playing on a 50/50 map, where people have a 50% chance to live and a 50% chance to die by walking through the right door, a dead person telling them which door is the right one. Also if a dead person tells alive people at which trap the death is waiting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
I would approache the player telling them they are being disrespectful towards others. In-case they won't listen, and keep the attitude against other users, I will give them a mute/gag and a warning in-case i feel it is necessary.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))
Even though I don't have a good activity on the server, I have proven to be a good staff member throughout zarp, having been bhop admin multiple times, jailbreak admin, and prophunt moderator. I did my job great if I say so myself. I want to help improve the player's experience on deathrun, and I am sure I will be able to do that.
