Hey there Red X. Since your video didn't provide any proof of who it was I reached out to DEADMONSTOR to help me find out. After looking through the video DEAD found the following:

There was a Report Abuse against AlphaLyle 2days ago for the same reason and Morgan has spoken to Alpha. Right now he is doing the exact same thing so I will be speaking to AlphaLyle and most likely after a discussion with Morgan he will be brought up in the Lead Team meeting for multiple RDMings
