When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: When a player repeats his previous punishment, showing he has not learnt his lesson and is just there to break the rules (aslong as the rule has been explained to the player cleary, it can also be when a player is cheating.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: I've had a few situations where I've had to ask BDNico to come on to ban someone who was continuously being racist in both voice chat and text chat. I warned him, kicked him and he kept coming back. I had muted him and gagged him and he kept leaving to avoid punishment. Eventually I got BDNico on to ban this player. I feel I need this promotion in order to deal with players like this without having to pull in an admin every time a player like this joins.

Why I should be promoted: I feel I need this promotion in order to persue higher tier punishments, for players that are clearly not there to play and are just there to break the rules and disrupt the players. I am very active at the moment and have around 3000 hours on Garry's Mod worth of experience. I've been staff manager on a popular server before known as Republic Gaming which had around 30-40 players on it daily, which I feel shows dedication. I was also known for my dedication as an Event Planner on the same server, where I filled the Event Planner's weekly quota 3 times in one week. I have also been Moderator on several different DarkRP servers. I've been Senior Administrator for a smaller DarkRP server, which is now a popular BaseWars server known as Surreal Game Servers. To keep this short, I've got a lot of experience. I feel as an administrator/moderator you need to become popular within the players. I feel like I've achieved a personal and professional relationship with our communities players, showing my reliability and personality.
