I feel like I can do more for the community as an SA, just because I can't go to meetings doesn't mean I don't like interacting with new and old staff. I am able to train new staff members and help out in situations where SA's are needed. I am almost always available for things like that. People get trained mostly straight after the meetings and the rest gets done the day after, the time difference is hard to train or even interact with most members.

Once again, meetings are crucial, good luck anyway.

I beg to differ, more often than not people are waiting on training during times that I am on. Again I am very active, meetings just happen in the middle of a workday for US East.
