I feel like I can do more for the community as an SA, just because I can't go to meetings doesn't mean I don't like interacting with new and old staff. I am able to train new staff members and help out in situations where SA's are needed. I am almost always available for things like that. Meetings just happen to be during a period of time where I cannot attend the majority of the time.

People get trained mostly straight after the meetings and the rest gets done the day after, the time difference is hard to train or even interact with most members.

Once again, meetings are crucial, good luck anyway.
