I also like the fact that nearly every comment you make is something meaningful and well thought out. However you need to be more vocal. In the meeting it's hard to notice you that you're there and you also need to be very active on TS and engage with us. Help solve situations or just have a friendly banter up to you.

Also our staff team is quite small and we have just accepted 2 new SuperAdmins so the standerds have been put high.
