I had a look through your appeal and had a talk to Richard and we both came to the conclusion to reduce your ban to 4 days, even though the whole loophole racism situation is very argueable and so is your intent towards all this is argueable, I explained to Richard that in this specific situation the loophole was very far and can be argued whether it was "Loophole racism" or not and so we decided to ignore that situation when deciding on the verdict. Richard has also informed me that you were very insulting towards homophobia at the time of being confronted and generally had terrible attitude and that pushed Richard along with the recent warning you had for racism to ban you, with all that being said I do believe that you should consider being more polite and less aggressive towards staff members in the future and avoid any suspicion of loopholing to avoid this happening again in the future.
