You're a great guy and a great staff member and you're doing a great job so far, however I don't feel like you're standing out enough.
I want to hear you voicing your opinion during meetings and show more presence on TS.
I know that you have enough experience to hold the position as you held many LT positions in the past, so just work on these points and you'll have my vote. Good luck!
