I had a look through your report and I wanted to state a misconception that many users have in S1 is that they believe that if anyone is on the road means its their fault if they get run over which is false the S1 rule states that the person using the veichle should be very careful at all times and driving on the road dosent give him the right to run anyone over, this user will be punished and or talked to about this situation.
