I have read through your responses on CeeZee's Application. Although I do not know you much from TTT as I don't play it that much, your responses seem to show that you are, in my opinion, not ready for Super Admin yet.

As a member of the Lead Team, you need to be professional at all times and be a role model for staff and players alike. Arguing over an application is not the right approach to that. As it was just recent, I would recommend you to wait and improve on that before applying for a LT Position. It may appear as something simple, but what happens if a new member of the community sees a Super Admin argue over something in an application? Most likely they will think that, to be blunt, the "(Higher) Staff suck" or something similar to that and might even leave Zarp completely.

If you really want to improve on that, work out on how you communicate to other people, especially those who you may not like. I think we have a thread based on how you can give good feedback to an application, so I recommend you read that one. Yes, I may only be a Moderator and have not been a member of this community for too long, but I already know too good some of the problems that are openly being talked about here. We need good Lead Team members, and although I can't say you won't be one, it would be nice if you could work this out. Make sure that, before posting, you have all the negatives and positives ready and write it in a way that no argument will come up. It's just not the right place on an application.
