I don't feel you're ready, with the fiasco on my application of being unable to admit you were wrong/need to look at context, and the lack of community interaction, those are the biggest qualities TTT needs right now for higher staff

I'd love to see you interact with the community more, talk to the staff, the people on the server etc, because right now I've never seen you use a mic in game and I've never seen you go in any TS room apart from Lobby, I also get told you don't attend meetings much

2 quite simple things to improve but no other complaints, if you improve on those I'd have no issues you being higher than admin
