Where you talked about ghosting you were wrong (I think anyway), ghosting is where a player who is dead communicates with another player that is alive, giving them tips or tricks on the round.
On the actual server, I rarely see you speak, which is ideal for a moderator. I feel like you need to be social in order to gain the respect of your peers. If you spoke more and learnt the rules a little bit better, I'd return this to a support.
