Even though you just became moderator, you are perfectly ready for this position. You also are really active in both forums and teamspeak which despite not being a requirement, is really helpful.
Regarding the ban reasons, I would only change some things Kyber wrote:
When a user is consistently ghosting and reaches 6+
A user has a large amount of recent punishments (7)
A player is racist.
A user refuses to change their name after being kicked twice.
