It does not look clear to me as everyone in this appears to be against you. Not with you. I know you punished him and want to defend your actions which i understand but you have gotta understand too that yes there is a 0 tolerance rule but there is sticking to what is actually right too. I disrespected other staff members and got an official for it a few months ago meanwhile you are saying for ceezee to work for longer when he has being gone for longer than a YEAR. Just take that in.

Yes, CeeZee has been gone for a year, came back, and was confused on the rules. Am I wrong to think that someone who doesn't know the updated rules should take a little longer to get used to them before applying straight for admin?
