Recently the policy changed and I was brought aside to talk about me being too lenient and not banning for second offense racism because I thought the user didn't mean to do it. While I personally have stated that I do not think it is right, as a staff member, while it is still a rule I will enforce it. I'm sorry you can't wrap your head around following orders I'm given, but that's what staff members are supposed to do.
