I close out of my gmod to watch some QUALITY youtube videos, get halfway through one when my pal spams me to come on. I go to sending client info BAM 5 day ban?

Extra Information - I've got no good excuse for having six recents besides like 2 of them genuinely being false. And I know I have a punishment for racism which I should of been banned for. But with that behind us, the main reason I banned was completely false! I haven't gotten warned in like 2 days as I'm making an effort to be a rule abiding player and I've been pretty friendly in game which leads me to believe this was possibly an error? If I could have some elaboration on this it'd be great but I really see no reason as to why I should of been banned.
