Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
I will now lay out some situations were it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Racism - If someone is Racist for 2 time in a row I would ban them.
Mass RDM and LTAP - If someone RDMes 3 people then leaves I would ban them.
Recents - If someone has 7 recents spread out across the week I would ban them.
Recents(2) - If someone has 6 recents in the span of 3 days I would ban them.
Ban Evading - If the sharing check command says they are Ban Evading which looks like this:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted:
I should be promoted because I was an ex-admin and did a good job, I have high activity and other staff are not on when I am on at some times meaning the server would be moderated then.
Zarp is the only thing I have and I would be doing nothing without it. I could give a lot of time and dedication to the server.
As said before I have put this server before school exams. I am doing my best to regain trust. To be the best staff member I can be. I know it might be too early to go back for Admin but I will take the feedback if I get denied and I will fully know why. I think I could be a good Admin now. As I run into situations where I need the ban command ect, I keep on top of reports and handle them to the best of my ability.
I regretted resigning a lot after but I think the as I have come back attempting to do a better job than last time that I can be trusted with the commands. I have for now kept the promises I made to the TTT staff team and will try to keep them for as long as I can.
