Suggestion Title: Being able to sell skins for points

How would it benefit the server: This would benefit the server because You can get Monet for the extra skins you don't want.

Potential Issues/Exploits:Cant think of any

Additional notes: Instead of getting the full price for the extra skin your selling for points you only get 25% or 50% of the actual price of the skin.
