As per Red X's request I've spoken with Richard and reviewed your appeal. I was told the player made the F1 request as he was going to attempt to talk to or interact with the cops you killed, but he had no prior awareness that you were friends just messing around. As his RP experience wasn't majorly disrupted or hurt, I believe this warning has taught you nothing. For future situations, if you're going to mess around with your friends please take it to a more secluded area where you won't have a chance to affect anyone's RP experience. Me and Richard both agreed that it should have been looked into if they were your friends or not prior to the warning, in this case it was unfair to you and Richard and I both realize that.
