At this moment of time I feel like it's appropriate to give you a well detailed feedback. So overall you're a very good administrator and you're good at what you doing. However there are quite a few things I dislike about you. As of recently we all know the shit that went down with Raeker. You then decided to resign as there was "no hope". You did not wait for the outcome of the events you simply went just coz Oxy resigned. And now look you're back straight applying for SA when you barely did anything this week. This makes me feel all you want is the promotion.

Secondly, you can not take criticism. This was a huge issue with myself too so don't think I'm a big hypocrite or something but I learned to come over it and you need to aswel. Any reports placed against you you think it's a personal attack. I've been around you when these things happened and when ever someone criticised anything about you you handled it horribly. So I think you need work on that greatly.

Lastly the recent incident with the coinflip scams. I understand you did nothing wrong in regards of rulebreaking as you got told by higher ups it's ok but as I told you there, what you were doing is being a complete as hole morally taking Red X's inventory. And after we all got told it's not allowed by Chute everyone happily took it, but you kept talking about it "how is it a scam", which again refers to my previous point.

Don't think I'm saying that you have no positives but you can't learn from the positives only from the criticism. I purposely not included any positives into this.
