You can be as pissed as you want but it's never been that way and never will be. Why should we allow a rulebreaker to create even more distrucfion. Let's say our friend Bob is building a shop. Some random cunt RDMes him. I'm right there and see it's RDM and warn the guy. Now Bob needs to sit for 3mins for no reason. NO.
