when i connect to server 1 i get stuck on " Sending Client Info. ", this doesn't happen on server 3 tho

i tried the "Verify Integrity of Game Files." but sadly nothing has changed, i also had " download all custom files " selected, i tried reinstalling the game and i tried disabling all addons, i don't know what to do atm

is there anyway to fix this issue? thanks in advance.
