The warn is valid and I don't see a reason to demote Arran. However, I think someone should talk to him about priority as a staff member.

It's important that staff members always prioritize the most harmful problems first if they are met with multiple rule breaks at once. For example, you wouldn't handle a single RDM if there's an active mass RDMer on the server. You should handle the most important issue then move on to the less impactful one. The exception is, of course, if another staff member is online to help.

In this situation you can quite clearly see that, while Arran wasn't wrong in warning you for CDM, he should've prioritized the prop abuse because it had more impact on the server and its players overall. Considering he saw the CDM it wouldn't really change anything if he handled it later anyway, so this is just bad priority. In all other regards, he didn't do anything wrong.
