Well actual feedback now;

Your application isn’t the best, especially the ghost part, you described what would be considered a free run. The rest isn’t particularly good either.
Other than that, I know you are an experienced candidate thanks to TTT and I would like to have you on the staff team. However, before doing so, I want to see consistent activity from you.
For now, I will decide my vote in spite of what’s said in the meeting.
