After speaking with Morgan he has told me that when he was talking to you, you were shouting and barely let him talk. He also told me that you lied about it at first and said that car hit you and done damage to you and that’s why you killed him.

In my opinion it wouldn’t be rdm, but the fact that you lied about the whole situations I believe the ban is valid as you just tried to lie your way out of it as you must of thought it was also rdm until you found the “threathend rule”. SkeletonWarrior was also there at the time and he also claims that you also lied and said the car hit you. Oxy also agreed that it was RDM. In the video you clearly weren’t hit at all.

You also had another 5 punishments before the ban and that’s why led Morgan on you ban you from the server due to your amount of recent punishments for Disrespect etc.

I believe you should wait out your ban and consider not breaking the server rules anymore from now on to stop this from actually happening to you next time
