But the way he had reacted over it was awful, he could've stayed somewhat calm and allow things to be cleared up instead of talking trash and such when clearly it was a huge misunderstanding

I understand where you're going, but regarding that.
The person who did it was supposed to contact me the minute it happened, even you were confused what happened and so was I. That Lead Team member was supposed to talk to me straight away instead of ignoring it. The Lead Team member accused me of helping a player to scam , that's where I got pissed. I reacted the way I did because he made a mistake and I thought It was on purpose and he got spoken to about it.
I haven't had a bad attitude or anything similar since it happened and I think we should let it go since It was a while ago.

I know it's been awhile that's why I'm asking to see consistency of good attitude from you, my dude
