Since we have a small LT, we do need more SA and you seem to be a good candidate, however, I want to see you keep your consistency up-to-par on doing your job and maintaining a good and calm attitude (A scenario of why I want to see you maintain a good and calm attitude is because you had an outburst when you had been denied for admin, this is something we can't have in the LT as it shows irresponsible behaviour and immaturity).
