Activity

Zarp Bhop was the first zarp server i ever joined (9th april) and i instantly fell in love with bhopping in general after i started playing. I currently have around 280 hours on bhop alone and is my most played server at the minute. I was accepted as moderator roughly 5 months ago and around 3 weeks later i was accepted as admin. For the last 5/6 months i would say i have been extremely active with about 2/3 weeks of inactivity due to holidays and 1 break i needed to take. I go to basically every meeting and always give an input on applicants with valid points. My forum activity is fairly new but i basically always have it open and regularly checking.

Attitude

My attitude in-game is always positive and friendly to all and always try to create conversation in both voice and text chat. I believe i have a good,friendly and healthy relationship with all of the other staff members and speak to most of them almost daily. I always maintain a professional attitude when training staff and also when dealing with appeals/punishment requests.

Dedication/Experience/Trust

As i'm currently staff on bhop,surf and deathrun i believe that this shows that i'm dedication to zarp but also as i'm active on forums i have dealt with quite a few appeals and punishment requests. I'm always reviewing appeals/punishment requests even when i'm not handling as it gains me experience of different scenarios and how to correctly deal with them efficiently. But recently i have been handling quite a few the past month as i feel comfortable to correctly deal with the reports. As lead team on surf and bhop i have always been looking and trying to make sure all staff members seem comfortable with their ranks in-game and try to point them in the right direction. I believe i am trusted within the community and i have shown this with my activity,ranks and that i am very friendly and always talking to other members of zarp.

Teamspeak

My teamspeak activity is extremely good as i'm always talking to other staff and meeting new people from all across the community. As weird as it sounds when i get bored on the nights i frequently join public chat rooms and just start talking to new people to create a friendly feel for the community.

Forums/Forum behavior

As i have said in activity i always have forums open when i'm on my computer(basically always). I give good feedback on applications with valid bullet points with positives,negatives and what he/she needs to improve or keep consistant. I also check up on reports if i'm not handling to see how other staff members are doing and give tips to help with outcomes if a admin was struggling. I wouldn't say i have many posts but that is mainly because i have only recently(past month or two) been very active on forums.

General plans

My plans as head admin ,that i would like to achieve, would be mainly to bring the staff team closer as i feel that it is very quiet between the other staff members and as there is no head admins on bhop. I would also like to majorly increase the activity in staff as i know a few that are quite inactive. Apart from that i would like to help out and start more of a dialog with ALL of the staff to get to know and understand them more.
