What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when someone who is spectating gives an advantage to the enemy or positive team.

An example of ghosting could be if a Runner is way past in the map while bunny hoping and the Death has no clue where he is a Spectater/Ghoster could tell the death in voice chat or in text where he is so he can potentially kill him.


How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If someone was being disrespectful to a staff member/member I would first giving them a warning and tell them to stop if they continue with the disrespect i would then give them another warning and give them a 30 minute mute. After that it would be longer mutes and if it gets to a higher level the next step would be temporary bans.

I feel like I should be chosen due to my experience with Deathrun servers and Gmod itself.
I have been staff before on 2 different types of Gmod servers. One of them was Deathrun and the other one was DarkRP. On both I knew what commands I had to use and almost did my job perfectly. There were some mistakes but I mostly made up for them. For example, if I broke a rule by accident I would warn myself. There have also been some situations i have been where there have been at least 10 people i had to deal with. I stayed calm while I dealt with them and figured out and punished the person that did everything to each and every one of them. You should also except me cause I know what the rules are and what commands to warn the people who break them.
This is the end of my application, I will be looking at this a couple of times a day looking for a reply to see what you have to say.
