Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

I've been a moderator for a relatively long time now, and with that, I have gained a lot of experience and I feel like I do a very good job at determining the verdict of a situation. I enjoy helping the new moderators to improve and do better at their job, and I always try to help if they have a question. I think that as an administrator you should be helping moderators or even fellow admins that need help reaching a good verdict, so I believe my time as a moderator will translate very well into becoming an administrator in that regard.

Additionally, I'm online a lot of the day at the moment and I am very engaged in trying to catch rule breakers off-guard. I've started "spectating" players recently by acting like a simple bystander which also results in rule breakers that would otherwise be running freely to be punished. I believe this contributes a lot to my position as an administrator.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

I have encountered a lot of small situations where small workarounds are needed, like props needing to be removed and stuff like that. Usually, when stuff like that occurs I'm either able to contact the owner of the prop and he'll delete it.

Some more serious incidents I have encountered are racist, mass-RDMing people that will constantly reconnect to the server if I kick them. In these situations, I usually try to get in as many warnings as I can in order to get them banned or I freeze them (and mute them if necessary) to completely neutralise them. As an administrator, I will be able to completely avoid this by banning them for an appropriate period of time depending on the situation.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Depending on the outcome of the discussion, there will be different results. For instance, if the player's intention was to crash the server, and he has attempted this multiple times, I would have a better understanding of the punishment the admin gave the player. However, I will still consider the effort and sincerity of the thread, and discuss further with the admin. If we can get to an agreement to reduce his ban based on the amount of effort and sincerity put into the post, I will accept his appeal and reduce his ban to 3-7 days:

If I cannot get to an agreement with the admin about the person's punishment, or he brings up valid arguments as to why the player shouldn't receive a lesser punishment, I will deny his appeal.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):

As a moderator, I feel I have a done a good job helping the community. I help more players outside of F1s than in F1s, but I usually take F1s if they aren't already being handled within 5-10 seconds. I think it's important to not only have moderators doing F1s but moderators that go around the map scouting for rule breakers, so the rule breakers that would otherwise be left unnoticed are caught and given a proper punishment.

Also, I enjoy helping moderators, and becoming an administrator will help make that a lot easier in the sense that I will look more approachable when it comes to questions about staffing, or other staff-related questions. I want our moderators to be the absolute best version of themselves, and I can better help with that as an administrator in my opinion.

Lastly, with access to the spectating features; no-clip, cloak, etc. I can be a lot more efficient in catching rule breakers that go unnoticed or that are not reported, which will lead to a cleaner server and a better experience for the ZARP SSRP community.
