Surf Related

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would tell them to watch this video, which just shows the real basics from surfing and is rather short

and I would tell them if they got any questions that I would be glad to help them

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
First I would tell them via text chat to stop. If they continue I would gag/ mute them and if they continue after I ungagged/ muted them after roughly 5-10 minutes I would warn them

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
To begin with I would again verbally warn him to stop. However If he would continue doing it I would tell him to stop another time and warn him. If he then continues I would kick him from the server.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I just once again found my love for surf back and since I actually found quite a fiew maps where I want to improven my time, I will invest quite alot of time into surf again. As I am an ex moderator on not only Surf but also Deathrun and now hold the TTT Admin rank for a fiew months I know how to handle situations and am trust worthy. Adding in my roughly 1000 hours of surf I also got pretty good at it, which lets me not only stop rule breakers but actually help people improve their times on maps and show them tricks to get even faster.
