The evidence provided is of the forums therefore it'll be treated as a forum demote request unless evidence can be provided from the other servers. The term "minge" is actually common within Garry's Mod and is used on players who are new to the game and use the default Kleiner model or those who go out of their way to cause trouble, so when Eddie stated his opinion and said you were "kinda a minge" he simply meant you broke the rules to cause trouble for others rather than as disrespect.
