Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:

I would kindly tell them to stop, if they continue i'll warn them and in worst case scenario kick them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

I would tell them to stop what they are doing immediately and warn them because i do not take exploiters that are ruining the fun for others lightly.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:

Ghosting is when a spectating player is giving out information about the players that are not dead. This can be in discord, teamspeak and skype or even in-game. and other apps where you can communicate of course
EG: Kyber is on teamspeak with void and they are in two different teams. Kyber is on the props team and void is a hunter. Kyber dies and is now spectating his fellow teamates. Kyber then procceds to tell void where location of the guy Kyber is spectating is. Which will lead to a unfair and undeserved win for the hunters, and just ruins the fun in general.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I definetly think i should be chosen because i have been extremely dedicated on past servers that i have staffed for and i think i could fit in the current staff team perfectly. As long as i get that activity up yeet. I will always try to have a good relationship with fellow staff members and will always try to be reasonable when i am punishing rulebreakers. What i find most important about being a staff member is to actually do my job and not to act as a special person just because i am staff. I'll always try to be a kind and approchable staff member

I love Kyber and i love void, but less. I also want Kyber to train me and no one else. And i will try my best to improve my activity.
