Anyway, after myself and Chute reviewed this we have come to the conclusion this was not scamming in the slightest. The rules clearly state that a player has to loose items through deception or trickery. In this case no one lost any items, so no one was scammed. On top of this, no one was promised any specific items either.

However, this does not detract from that fact that it was a Dick move, and really annoyed many people. If forum staff want to review on ban on his forum account rather than SSRP that is possible.

We have to say that HoneyPot will be unbanned.
