Because it adds texture to the application?

you can just make the questions bold and keep the answers normal.
it doesn't create texture to an application. Makes it look like a drawing to me.

I understand where you are comming from i am a simple man i keep it black bit adding texture to it shows you putting effort into your application.

Imo, Putting colors in your application doesn't show effort. And if it is seen as effort, it shouldn't be, but lets keep it at that so we can end this unnecessary conversation.
