I don't think he should be retrained then. Oxy always does a great job, as far as I'm aware. He also shouldn't be given a talking to. If he was trained properly and knows all the rules and the ethos then he should be demoted. This just further proves that it was blatant abuse and he has no care for what the rules are or what the staff team is meant for.
