Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: My time as moderator will contribute to me becoming admin by allowing me to learn all of the moderator commands and how staffing works on surf.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): An obstacle I had to work around while I was a moderator was a group of people loopholing racism, Racism is usually a ban on first offense but I had to work around the banning by kicking the people continuing to be racist. Luckily for me Joshuaisgreat showed up and handed out bans to the people being racist. But the situation could have been handled better and quicker if I was admin.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Congrats, welcome to the surf staff team. Before you can begin staffing though I will have to teach you the basics. Most of the commands you have as a moderator can be found on the tab menu and clicking on the player's name that you want to punish. those are the commands you will see. They're pretty self-explanatory you click family sharing check if you want to see if someones using a family shared account etc. Then there is the f6 menu where you can search for someone's rap sheet which shows all their punishments the recent ones in red. Those are all the commands you will get as a moderator.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I feel like I should be promoted because the time that im usually on there aren't other staff on really. If I was admin I would be able to ban people and warn people and also handle situations better too. I have a good grasp on the server rules and I think I could benefit the server a lot better with the administrator rank.
