Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

Since i became a Moderator here on ZARP, it's been a whole new experience for me. I came across lots and lots of rulebreakers which i have prevented from breaking any rules even more further, and i have much confidence in dealing with those kinds of situations. Also if there is a new player that just joined our SSRP servers i enlighten them with our rules instead of punishing them. I have not been a SSRP staff member for long but i can confirm that i truly did contribute for this wonderful community...

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

I have came across many difficult situations that i couldn't do by myself because i was limited with the current Moderator privileges i posses, where i felt powerless. One example could be when i was the only SSRP staff member online at 8 AM (British Time), i had 2 users rulebreaking, one was constantly prop trapping and the other one Mass RDMing, warning, slaying, freezing not even kicking was of help, because they just simply had the power to come back and rulebreak again, then i had to wait some time until a fellow admin came online to ban them for their actions...

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Congratulations on getting your Moderator privileges, and welcome to the SSRP Staff team!
Today i will be teaching you all you need to know as a Moderator!

First of all, the F1 menu. Here you will be receiving F1 reports that the users have made, You can select to Handle, Abort, or Remove the F1. After selecting "Handle" you have new options to: Go to the player, Bring him and after you finished the F1, the finish option of course. Also here you can see the list of players that are currently breaking NLR, and the recently given punishments. But this is the one that you will be using the most, logs! Here you will be able to see Kills, deaths, if someone broke NLR, Revenge RDM's and similar! That's pretty much it, now moving on!

Second is the F6 menu. Here you can browse for punishments by either opening the list of the current players on the server, or inserting his/her Steam:ID. Simple as that!

Here are all of the commands that you will need as a Moderator:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would carefully analyze the whole story and everything that happened. After that i would contact [Staff Members Name] to see what he thinks about this and if he would be willing to let him back on SSRP, and i would also consult with other staff members to see if they had trouble with Player X. But knowing that this is his first time getting banned, myself and the SSRP Team would probably give him another chance, because everyone deserves a second one.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):

I think that i should be promoted because of my dedication to this community, and i would be able to do more if i get the Administrator rank, because with my current authority, i'm not able to do enough! I am incapable of helping people if someone prop blocks, or continually keeps coming back to break rules! Also, on my time being a Moderator i have improved upon my behavior and have shown my maximum effort, i am currently at around 230 F1's and it's my 7th day as Moderator on this great community. If i get Administrator, i would be able to do F1's more efficiently and easier which is something that every Moderator wishes! I thank you all for taking your time to read my application!

This will teleport the user at where you're looking at!

/chatmute "Name/Steam ID" [Time]
This will mute the selected persons chat!

/back
This will teleport you to your previous location!

/back "Name/Steam ID"
This will teleport the user who you took for a sit/or other reasons back to his previous location!

/goto "Name/Steam ID"
This will bring you to the user whose information is inserted into it!

/bring "Name/Steam ID"
This will teleport the user whose information is inserted into it to you!

/warn "Name/Steam ID"
This will warn the user whose information is typed in. Make sure to always use Steam ID's, because you could warn the wrong person!

/kick "Name/Steam ID"
This command will kick the selected user!

/freeze "Name/Steam ID"
This will freeze the user whose information you inserted in, it can make players invulnerable if used so you can prevent deaths during sits, but is usually used for defiant users!

/voicemute "Name/Steam ID" [Time]
This mutes the voice chat of the selected person!

/slay "Name/Steam ID" 
This will kill the selected user!

But i do advise using these commands over the tab menu because it's far more easier![/spoiler]
