I don’t think this is the example that should be set if he was mad about something I’ve done previous to the boom box post then he should of spoken / handled it then. The boom box had nothing offensive, racist or objectable about it.

He’s not spoken to me nor as any other forum staff and the ethos says at least someone should. I’ve never been banned or warned and he went straight for a three day ban.

I tried to speak to him about it and he wanted none of it he tried denying it and also “shrugged” at me in the terms of he just doesn’t care. Which is not just disrespectful it’s not very professional at all.

He’s claimed to of spoken to other staff members who are “scared” of me but the ones I’ve spoken to haven’t a slightest idea what he’s talking about. He claims I say something about being Owner and I’ve not one mentioned being an owner of any sort since resigning.

If this is let go and he’s just “spoken” to it will give the community a very bad discription of whats right and wrong and will only back up the claim many of the people have that staff can get away with anything they want.

He claims I’ve been very confronting toward people in my posts and this again doesn’t break any rules I have only responded with an answer that is deserved. I’ve been more than helpful towards a lot of people and he’s failed to mention that fact due to him knowing he’s messed up.
